Trouble Logging In

The Essex Hockey website is a very complex matrix made up of several embedded systems. From time to time, the embedded content may not behave as it is intended. This could be due to a number of reasons, including, but not limited to:

- Browser Settings

- Device Settings

- Error in Website Coding

- Error in System Coding

 

Chances are, if you are on this page you are having problems logging into one of the embedded systems. Our first recommendation would be trying to access the system directly, and not through the Essex Hockey website. Where this option is available:

1) Click the Menu Button ( three dots: ●●●) located in the page header bar

2) In the drop down menu that appears, click "Launch in New Window". This will open the system in a new browser window or tab.

If you are able to use the system via this method, it means there is an error with either the website coding, device or browser settings.

If you are not able to use the system via this method, it means there is an error with the system coding.

Either way, there is an error, and we would appreciate if you could report the problem.

 

If the above does not work,we advise checking your cookie settings. As we are using various different systems from different providers, the Cross Website / Third Party cookie setting may need to be enabled for the systems to effectively communicate with the website.
