Player   Pathway

The Player Pathway, formerly the Single System, was launched in October 2016.

The Player Pathway provides an environment that helps junior players realise their potential and is made up of the following tiers:

Development Centres, Academy Centres, Performance Centres, Futures Cup, Advanced Apprenticeship in Sporting Excellence (AASE), National Age Group Squads (NAGs) and U21 / Development Programme.

0 Learn to be a Technical Official

Through the England Hockey Technical Appointments Panel, England Hockey are hosting a series of Free, Introductory sessions across the country to allow interested parties to come and learn what is involved with being a Technical Official within the National League and England Hockey Competitions.
 
The day will be a mix of discussion and practical elements, where you will learn “on the job” whilst watching teams prepare for their campaigns within the top regional leagues or national league.
 
The sessions are free of charge and being led by one of the Regional Technical Official Co-Ordinators, who have a host of experience and are happy to share their knowledge with you.
