Player   Pathway

The Player Pathway, formerly the Single System, was launched in October 2016.

The Player Pathway provides an environment that helps junior players realise their potential and is made up of the following tiers:

Development Centres, Academy Centres, Performance Centres, Futures Cup, Advanced Apprenticeship in Sporting Excellence (AASE), National Age Group Squads (NAGs) and U21 / Development Programme.

0 BBC to broadcast Home Nations games at EuroHockey Championships

England Hockey is delighted to announce that the BBC will be live broadcasting our men’s and women’s EuroHockey Championship campaign on the website and connected TV’s.
 
The competition gets underway on Friday 16th August as hosts Belgium face Spain. England’s men will be the first of our teams to take the field as they take on Wales on Saturday 17th August (10:15am BST) before the women’s team meet Ireland the following day at the same time. 
 
There will also be live coverage of the semi-finals, bronze medal and final matches on the BBC’s digital platforms. If either England’s men’s or women’s team reach the final, the BBC will show either live coverage or highlights of the game.
 
Men's Pool A: Belgium, England, Spain, Wales
Men's Pool B: Netherlands, Germany, Ireland, Scotland
Women's Pool A: Netherlands, Spain, Belgium, Russia
Women's Pool B: England, Germany, Ireland, Belarus
